Here is the latest Expedia coupon I could find and it is for $50 off per night when booked by March 31st for stays up to April 30th. The room must cost more than $50 per night. And use your Mastercard per the terms and conditions.
The coupon is supposedly for Expedia elites but individuals are reporting it working for all. It is only a one time coupon, so if you use it once logged in to Expedia, use it again logged in as a guest.
The coupon code is eliteplus50 and you’ll find the place to enter it where is says “do you have a coupon”
This coupon has been heavily reported online and may disappear at any time.
CITIBANK THANK YOU POINTS PROMO
There are actually two promotions going on here. The first for new Citibank customers that pays 40,000 Thank You Points and the second for existing customers that offers half the new customer award or 20,000 Thank You Points.
This is where I credit the majority of my credit card spend, with the TY Point Network. I would love to be able to tell you that Citibank is easy to do business with. I can’t. You must follow every single nuance and direction exactly and keep meticulous records, as they are so big and cumbersome they don’t know which hand is watching the other. I know, I have 8 linked accounts with the Thank You Network, but the payoff based on the credit card earnings are worth the hassle for me.
This is an expensive promo to get into as it takes $26,00 in deposits for new customers and $25,000 for existing ones, but the payoff is worth approximately $800 non taxable income in awards. That is a fairly substantial return.
The link I am including is for new Citibank customers. On the upper left hand corner is the click through for existing customers. I have not decided to participate as an existing customer as of yet, as I need to spend more time studying the fine print. But I can always use another 20K in Thank You Points.
Deadline appears to be March 31st. Study hard and be prepared to fight for your points with proper documentation.
New Customer code that must be mentioned is CSZ2.
IHG® Rewards Club Select Credit Card
- Annual Fee: $49 fee waived for the first year
- Foreign Fees: No
- Card Type: Hotel
The IHG Rewards Club Visa is often cited as one of the most underrated hotel credit cards, with good reason. The official offer is for 70,000 points after $1,000 spent within three months, with the first year’s fee waived. The card comes with an annual free night certificate that can be used at any IHG property, including Intercontinental hotels - making this certificate worth upwards of 50,000 points. This is far more generous than some other hotel cards, which limit the categories in which free night certificates can be redeemed.
Cardholders earn 5 points per dollar at IHG hotels; 2 points per dollar at gas stations, grocery stores, and restaurants; 1 point per dollar everywhere else. Moreover, you’ll get a 10% rebate on award redemptions, up to 100,000 points per year. The card also comes with Platinum status, though that doesn’t get you much with IHG. Still, this is a fantastic card to have in your wallet, with benefits that far outweigh the already low $49 annual fee.
- Earn 70,000 bonus points after you spend $1,000 in the first 3 months of account opening
- Enjoy a free night of card membership at over 4,700 hotels worldwide
- Earn 5 points for each $1 spent at our hotels
- Earn 2 points per $1 spent on purchases at gas stations, grocery stores and restaurants
- Bonus points redeemable at hotels such as Intercontinental® Hotels & Resorts, Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts and Holiday Inn®
- Automatic platinum elite status, as long as you remain a cardmember
- $0 introductory annual fee the first year, then $49
