* To qualify for this promotion, each member must register for the promotional offer with his or her email address, and use the same email address to enroll in the $9 Fare Club. Promotion registration and enrollment must be completed between 12:00AM EST on December 30, 2008 and 11:59PM EST on January 31, 2009 to qualify for the promotional voucher. Only members who enroll in an annual $9 Fare Club membership at $39.95 will qualify for the voucher. Offer is good for new membership enrollments only.
On or about 4/1/2009, Spirit will issue a voucher code with a $40.00 value to the email address registered for the promotion provided that:1. The same email was used to enroll in the $9 Fare Club during the promotional period.2. The $9 Fare Club membership is active as of 4/1/2009 and in good standing.
Vouchers must be redeemed by 11:59PM EST on September 30, 2009, and are non-transferable. Vouchers may be used for any Spirit flights available for sale during the validity period by booking on spiritair.com. $9 Fare Club discounts and promotional fares are only available for bookings made through spiritair.com. Vouchers have no cash value and may only be used toward the purchase of a fare booked in R, T, or U classes of service, and will only be applied to the base fare (excluding taxes and fees). Vouchers may not be used toward taxes, baggage or seat fees, or the 7.5% Federal Excise Tax included in the base fare of domestic tickets.
