Latest Spyware Update and Story

Latest Update at 7 PM Eastern Time Quoting from Google Webmaster Tools:

“Status of the latest badware review for this site: A review for this site has finished. The site was found clean. The badware warnings from web search are being removed. Please note that it can take some time for this change to propagate.”

Thank God

In my continuing saga of being accused of being a spyware distributor, it appears a resolution is at hand.

The code has been removed and firewalls are being constructed around the site to prevent it from happening again.

From my standpoint, What a Huge PITA this has been. I can’t tell you how many emails I have sent to readers telling them I did all I could and we just had to wait.

Why would anybody do that stuff? We are dealing with miles and points for God sakes. Not cash??

Anyway, thank you all for your patience in resolving this matter. I have seen evidence the reviews of the site have begun on Google and Stopbadware and told the matter should be resolved in two days or less.
