Bank Direct Update
I had a minor posting issue with Bank Direct regarding my 3 month Direct Deposit 5K bonus. It originally posted as did a double posting of my miles earned for November. When they removed the double posting, they also removed my Direct Deposit posting.
I sent a secure email to Bank direct from their website and got a note back from the head of the web team, that admitted there was a problem ( how refreshing) and that it would be corrected on December 2nd. It was corrected and the 2000 mile adjustment for my trouble posted as well as promised.
It may not seem like much, but I sure appreciate the straight story and a company that lives up to their promises. I again have absolutely no problems with Bank Direct and can personally recommend them for their Mileage checking account if you have spare cash laying around.
And if you let me refer you, you get an extra 1000 American Airlines miles. Me too:)
