Is this different from the previous sapphire card with a 25k bonus when the card was first released?

As a former concierger… worked in that office for two years, trust me the work isn't done by anyone outside the country. All done right in the office. And your time requests are done by the shift you call in on… 10am, 2pm, 6pm or 8pm, not allowed to make calls back after 8 or 9pm of the current time zone. There would have been anywhere from 20 – 30 different people there. Strangest request I ever fulfiled, was finding a fish locker in a mexican country. Cheers… former concierger.

I worked for Amex concierge and would love to do so for Visa.
Anyone know of the company they outsource too?
