My American Airline Lifetime Platinum Goodies Arrive

It is not fancy by any means, but I now have my new Lifetime Platinum membership card and luggage tags. In addition to the goodies I got 4 System-wide Upgrades in my account for use to upgrade an upcoming international flight.

What do I strive for next? I have 350,000 Butt in Seat miles on Delta and about 250,000 on United. I’m getting too old for another 600,000 to 700,000 seat miles.

I’ll just look for the next promotion and tell you young pups all about it.

Rick – Will you close your Chase account(s) now or wait until 6 months has passed?

I noticed the T&Cs state: "The checking account must remain open for a minumum of six months or the 10,000 miles will be debited from the account at closing."

I'll keep them open. I buy the USA Today newspaper everyday for a $1 with our debit cards

How can I get a business checking with Chase? I just got my personal preferred card in the mail today. Gonna get my 5 transactions in to get my miles. I want to get the business checking so I can have 50K miles in preparation of the merger where I currently have 30K in United. Thanks!

Open a business checking account. Each state and Chase branch has its rules. Contact Chase for more info.

You can only open a Business Checking account in a state that has physical Chase branches. I live in Pennsylvania (no branches) but a branch in New Jersey indicated that I could schedule a meeting to open an account in person. It was more of a hassle than I needed to deal with for 25K miles.
