Cant seem to get dbl on coins purchase Penfed. Only getting single pts for past purchases during promo period.

Hi Rick, we use the PenFed visa exclusively for gas purchases since we get 5% cash back on every purchase.

Rick, I've been meaning to try this since 10/1 but want to be in town to receive the coins.

Regardless if the first posted has tried it its possible they have verified because Penfed points post the same day the charge does.

I have Amex One (rarely used), Gold Biz Card, Delta Gold Biz, Delta Gold Personal, and SPG Biz. Terms #4 says promo "not available to current holder of Amex consumer charge card". Does that mean "One" only or does it cover the Delta Gold Personal as well? With One, I have the option of paying "minimums". Delta personal seems to be a CC, right? So, to qualify for the the 25K MR points (or is it 25K +10K) must I close One, then? CMOZ

Got a promo in the mail from AA personal credit card: not as good as double, but 50% more AA miles until 01/31/2011. It is a target promo and you have to call. They gave me an invitation number.

The coin pruchase was ordered in advance of the promo, when I first became aware that it was going into effect. Since it now takes 2 weeks for the purchases to go thru every ten days. Now maybe b/c the authorization was made before the 1st there were no dbl pts but so far only 1-1 ratio.

Anybody have a ratio on the pts to dollar $$ airfare value with this penfed cc? The redemption desk is very vague…

The penfed AMEX travel rewards cc is different than AMEX direct issue products and different than their cash back products correct?
