I just spoke to a manager and he said to ask people to only call from 9-5 Eastern time because he needs to call for CC approval and they aren't there after 5. He said I was the 10th caller today, and he was unsure why so many people were calling them instead of the catalogue directly, and he laughed.. Lol. I'll call back tomorrow. Any idea if this is one per customer, or per CARD?

Is this only valid for charge cards or will credit cards like SPG work too?
does ANY American Express card work? I have an SPG card and a Premier Rewards Card---do we need to register for this promo or is it across the board?
In the last AMEX small biz deal ANY AMEX card worked but YMMV as we all know. I did my Delta AMEX REZ card. I also think shipping is included in the cash back as per promo it is $1for$1 up to $20. We will see!

I'm also wondering whether this works for Amex *credit* cards -- the page says it's for Amex *charge* cards, and shows pictures of three charge cards...if anyone is successful using a credit card and getting the rebate, please let us know. The $25 promo from a few weeks ago was great because it was for "cards" -- not "charge cards", and it told you you were successfully registered.

Mgr at Brookstone says they do not stock the multitool...per TSA regulations...but they have other items.....
I just called to order that 6 in 1 LED Multi Tool and "Adam" the mgr there, would not order it because TSA guidelines dont allow those on the planes...even though I asked him to ship it....anyone else having this problem???
It may help us all if the person who kickstarted this (Rene) could see if another Brookstone store is willing to participate by phone. The LGA location seemed tired of the phone hassles by afternoon Thursday, and wanted to push me to call another store.
Others on Flyertalk are ordering from IAH branch store also. I do not have that number maybe someone can google and post. My wife did an order today and all good (did get transferred to other store but happy to do order)! I used my DELTA AMEX and my wife SPG AMEX. We will see if we credit or not with those two. With the other SBS the credit came very fast so I will advise!

Suzy: A charge card must be paid off in full each month. You can carry a balance on a credit card.
if one has multiple amex charge cards, can one uses this offer multiple times? or is the offer limited to one promo per person, not per card?
