Citi Thank You Premier Card
This has just been released to just a few affiliates. It has been available in the past with the annual fee of $125. Here it is being offered with the first year annual fee WAIVED.

Explanation: If you fly a flight of 642 miles and buy the ticket with a Thank You point Premier card you earn 642 flight points which you can then turn into an extra Thank You Point when you match that with regular spending. Fly a 3000 mile flight, earn 3000 flight points etc. In the past this card was a big hit to use when purchasing your airline tickets. Some even got all their flight points on the payment of taxes on reward flights.
