Improving Your Credit Score & Credit Myths

One of the blogs I read is CreditKarma. I use CreditKarma for my TransUnion credit score, and login to my account once a week; it’s free, you should use it. This week on their blog there were a couple of posts that stood out and I think are worth a read:

4 Ways to Get a Better Score Now, Spring Cleaning Your Credit & Finances, and 7 Money Myths and Truths

Rick talks about using your credit and Credit Myths and Facts where there is some definite similarity in what you’ll see at CreditKarma. We’ve got to make sure we’re educated here and stay on top of what is current. Hopefully you’ll get some value out of these posts and CreditKarma’s blog too; I’d say it is a worthy add to your Google Reader or other RSS feed.

Thanks for the shout out, Howie! I definitely agree, and that’s why I write so many credit-focused posts. We have to be educating ourselves on credit, and the more ways we can do that, the better.
