I’d be extremely hesitant to pursue the Hawaii deal for a few reasons:

1) The big red flag is that they are not registered with the state of Florida as a travel seller. There are several states: FL, CA, WA that require anyone selling travel to be registered with the state. AND it must be listed on all advertising material.

Given that they do not list a FL registration but list what charities they support leads me to believe they aren’t.

2) Fine print mentions black out dates but doesn’t tell you what those are. When someone doesn’t give you all the information, what are they hiding?

3) If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
