Las Vegas hotel deal! Hilton Elara, a Grand Vacation Property that is located in the center of the strip (across from City Center) is offering studio condos with kitchenettes for as low as $89 per night for mid week nights. I checked several week nights in August and found the rate available for all nights that I checked.
