Congratulations seem to be in order! Our friends over at FlyerTalk were just named the Best General Travel Website by Frequent Business Traveler magazine and given the GlobeRunner award. Close to 50,000 votes were cast online by FBT’s readers.

The magazine also named Singapore Air as the best airline in the Asia/Pacific, Emirates as the best in Europe/Middle East/Africa, and United as the best of the Americas. Star Alliance was given the Best Alliance award and Lufthansa Miles & More was named the best Frequent Flyer program. You can check out the complete list on their website.

Hopefully next year they’ll include a Best Blog category—we wouldn’t mind a GlobeRunner award on our mantle!
