Today only (September 12, 2012) American Express is offering The Business Gold Rewards Card from American Express OPEN with a 75,000 Membership Rewards signup bonus
A couple of things to note:
- Welcome bonus offer not available to applicants who have had this product or any other Business Gold, Green or Platinum Card® account within the last 12 months. (Personal Gold, Green or Platinum Card® accounts are fine)
- Spend requirement is $10,000 within 120 days
- If you apply for this card, I would recommend AFTER submitting your application you contact American Express to confirm receipt and the signup bonus. These one-day offers have caused a lot of confusion; documentation is important.
- Print off a copy of the application, document the time and who you spoke with to confirm the offer, meet the spend, and wait for the points to post!

Alternatively there is the offer through November 26th for The Business Gold Rewards Card® from American Express OPEN that has a $5000 spend requirement within 3 months. If you can meet the spend requirement the extra 25,000 points are well worth it. If not, stick with the other 50,000 point bonus.
