I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott minutes from JFK recently. It was very clean and convenient and just what i needed after a long flight from Hong Kong. The hotel shuttle picks you up at the AirTrain station (call the hotel desk for pickup) and drops you off at the airport terminal. Scored a $99 rate on Priceline.
