JetBlue is giving away frequent-flyer miles like Easter candy.
The New York-based airline is attracting flyers with a limited-time promotion. New TrueBlue members who register for a frequent-flyer account with the airline, book a qualifying flight and travel by April 16 will receive 5,000 TrueBlue points.
Both one-way and round-trip JetBlue-operated revenue flights qualify for the bonus points. Members must enroll in the program through this form before booking a flight and enter their TrueBlue number at the time of booking. The offer is not valid on flights booked outside of the promotion. Unfortunately, existing members do not qualify for the promo.
JetBlue utilizes a revenue-based frequent-flyer program, which means the number of points required to book an award ticket directly correlates to the cash cost of that ticket. Individual value of the TrueBlue points may vary, but 5,000 points can be worth between $50 and $75.
JetBlue often offers low-cost flights options from its hubs, including John F. Kennedy International Airport, Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport, Logan International Airport, Long Beach Airport, Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport and Orlando International Airport. We’ve seen fares that started at $20 or $30 each way. If you have upcoming travel, check with JetBlue. You might find a great deal and earn 5,000 TrueBlue points along the way.
